QuoteGrade ("we," "us") provides home-services cost estimates and connects users with local contractors. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

• Lead form data. When you request quotes, we collect the trade, ZIP code, project timing, name, email, phone, and any optional fields.
• Anonymous analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.
• Standard server logs. Cloudflare retains request metadata for security and abuse prevention.

How we use your information

• To forward your lead request to matched contractor networks.
• To respond to your inquiry if you contact us.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the service.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.
• We do not share your information with third parties beyond the matched contractor networks.
• We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Cookies and tracking

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free. We do not deploy Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other cross-site tracking.

Data retention

Lead records are retained for up to 24 months for compliance and quality assurance, then deleted.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your lead data at any time by emailing privacy@quotegrade.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

QuoteGrade is not directed at children under 13.

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
